Your secret muscle-building weapon could already be stocked to a full supply in your kitchen cupboard...you just don't know it yet.
The common pain-relief drug known as ibuprofen actually provides benefits that go beyond the easing of your everyday aches and pains such as:
1) decreasing swelling
2) speeding up workout recovery
3) building new muscle
I've actually begun to take a small 200mg dose every other day to test out those health claims and, so far from what buy co-q-10 can see, I have felt more rested and built than before.
Ibuprofen
But before you go start going gung-ho on ibuprofen, make sure you know the side affects and Never, Never, NEVER abuse this pill or any in your medicine cabinet.
If you abuse ibuprofen (taking more than 1600mg/day without need), you WILL be at a major risk for a variety of complications...don't say I didn't warn you about:
1) blood circulation problems
2) increased risk of heart disease
3) stomach bleeding
4) purchase methylsulfonylmethane msm of breath
These risks will grow the longer you abuse ibuprofen; that is why I am only taking one 200mg dose every-other day...and absolutely nothing more!
You will also want to take an ibuprofen with food and water so that your stomach is not susceptible to bleeding. Do not take ibuprofen with aspirin as you may have an adverse reaction. Also, if you drink, remember to never use ibuprofen during a session of drinking alcohol or else you could increase these risks dramatically.
As always, be smart about what you put into your body. If you don't feel comfortable with taking ibuprofen on a semi-regular bases...then don't take it at all; you'll be just fine! Keep balancing yourself and you'll continue to grow strong and healthy.
